From the first meeting through closing, Avi Erbst of Cordova Realty was always available, by phone, text or in person, with friendly, professional services in planning and executing the sale of our home. Avi understands the Tucson real estate market and had an effective sales strategy preparing and pricing our house for sale so that it sold immediately and at a very good price. Avi also has a strong network of contacts with local Tucson service people to assist in pre-sale home repairs and with winding down the house, like getting rid of furniture. Avi also worked well with the title agency. For such an emotional experience as selling one’s home, Avi’s reliability and professionalism made the difficult process a whole lot easier. As novice home buyers, we cannot recommend Avi Erbst at Cordova Realty enough. He advised us from start to finish in what is a very competitive and fast paced housing market. What impressed us the most about Avi are his communication skills and ability to coordinate with all of the various entities involved in purchasing a home, such as the seller's realtor, the title company personnel, our lender, not to mention all of the tradespeople who perform the inspections. Avi is also very organized and works efficiently; for example, we had six different inspections and he was able to schedule them all at the same time, which made the process incredibly easy for us.
